We are delighted to announce exciting collaborations and newly strengthened bonds with long time partners.
In July, the latest Urstrom Kaese royal creation, Strakino, was launched, while we started taking on the distribution of Kemker Kultuur, Rocket Wine & BOUCHE on the wild fermented beers, wines and kombucha fronts.

LAUNCHES ITS STRAKINO
The award-winning cheese makers Yule and Paul from Urstrom Kaese and Archipel joined forces to create and distribute "Strakino", a slightly acidic, fresh soft cheese made from cow’s milk, typcial from the Italian regions of Lombardy, Piedmont, Veneto, and Liguria.
Two variants are available:

Rocket Wine
The collaboration with Jeff from Rocket Wine family goes a long way back, and we are happy to take this on to the next step. Rocket Wine selects unknown or familiar bottles with great consideration and with personal relationships to each of the winemakers starting in France, Spain, Italy, Germany, passing through Georgia and Czech Republic. All of which offer a true expression of the land and wine maker.
Kemker Kultuur
Jan Kemker has been brewing historic beers in Münsterland since 2017. Original ingredients, wild yeasts and long maturation in wooden barrels make their beers a truly unique products.
With Jan and Jeff, we enrich the offer of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks on our menu, adding to the offer of the amazing kombucha from the Berlin based BOUCHE.
Bouche
Kombucha by BOUCHE is the result of a combination of innovative brewing techniques, high quality and relentless innovation in the product. BOUCHE was founded in 2019 with the goal of setting new standards in taste and quality of kombucha and to redefine the best principles of brewing. In addition to the constant search for their own technological solutions, the development of complex flavor profiles forms the core of BOUCHE’s work.
