How It Works
After exploring the site and adding some delicious treats to your cart, we will process your order. Deliveries are made 9:00-14:00, Tuesday through Saturday, with the exception of holidays. You have two convenient options for receiving your goods :
Simply select the Hub location that is nearest to you. After you place your order you will be emailed all of the necessary info, including your order number and the Hub's opening hours.
2) Home Delivery
One of our fit and friendly riders delivers to your door. They will arrive wearing a mask and observing proper distance etiquette, and we kindly ask that you do the same. Please also ensure your address information is correct and that someone is home during the delivery window.
I unexpectedly can't be home during the delivery window. What do I do?
If you can let us know beforehand, we'll greatly appreciate it! Otherwise, we'll deliver to the nearest Hub location.
I wasn't able to pick up my order from the Hub on the day it was delivered. How long will it stay there?
Orders will be held at the Hub for a maximum of three days. Due to the perishable nature of most of our products, we cannot provide a refund if you weren't able to pick it up.
I live on the 5th floor with no elevator. Will you come all the way up?
Yes, though our riders will shower you in compliments if you meet them halfway down.
Something was forgotten from my order. What the heck?
There's a first time for everything. Get in touch with us and we'll make it right.
I want to order a home delivery to a special someone. Is it possible to include a custom note?
This is absolutely something we do.
