Naturally leavened wheat bread, with a slow overnight fermentation. There’s a bit of spelt and rye in the mix for more tasty drama. Dusted with polenta to give it a great crunchy crust.
Good to eat for between 2-3 days, and makes nice toast after.

Jura is a very special region for winemaking. The reds made of Poulsard grape tend to be very light but with some very addictive minerality. The wine shows clear wild red berries and a light leathery taste.

1x Jumi Käse | La Bouse
"La Bouse", or in German "der Kuhfladen", is produced in the Swiss town of Zäziwil.
As the name suggests, it’s made from cow milk. The trick is that during the production process, cream from the day before is cured overnight so that it can then be added to the fresh raw milk - creating this wonderfully creamy soft cheese.
Tastewise, La Bouse has a broad spectrum, its white mold mantle resulting in a slightly furry surface that offers an unforgettably light and fresh experience on the tongue.
1x Sapori Mediterranei | Soppressata
Straightforward and genuine as the dramatically beautiful Lucania mountains where it is produced, this unique version of Soppressata is made from the best pork thigh and loin cuts, coarsely chopped and seasoned with salt and black peppercorns.
In the lean part, bright pink in color, the typical small parts of pinkish-white lardo are distinguishable and well distributed.
The scent is characterized by a delicate aroma of seasoned meat, its texture soft but firm, its flavor perfectly balanced between sweet and savory.
