Fine, mild, slightly sweet, light yellowish color, gluten-free, vegan, unfiltered, unpasteurized

 

Uses

For seasoning or pickling vegetables and fish, especially light-colored ingredients such as asparagus or cauliflower can be refined discreetly as they do not discolour, e.g. for salads. Supports and balances the taste of food. Ideal for kaiseki dishes.

Stored refrigerated for 6 months.
