Komma Chocolate | Coconut Pandan White Chocolate - Limited Edition 30g
This bar was made using organic cacao butter from the Dominican Republic, infused with fresh pandan for 8 hours in a sous vide bath. Tasting notes are grassy vanilla and coconut. Pandan is a fragrant plant grown in South East Asia and is used in many desserts as a flavorant and (bonus!) a green colorant. Pandan is normally infused in sticky rice and jelly desserts, and it’s almost always paired with coconut. The Coconut Pandan bar is Jaimee's attempt to recreate these flavors in white chocolate by infusing fresh pandan in cocoa butter and melanging with coconut milk. Tasting notes are grassy vanilla and coconut.
