About the Producer: Alex and Maria Koppitsch began making wine in Burgenland, Austria in 2007. They converted their vineyards to biodynamic farming and have been practicing natural winemaking ever since. Their wines are always unfiltered and unfined. Homok, one of their white wines, is a blend of Gruner Veltliner, Sauvignon Blanc, and Pinot Blanc, offering a unique and refreshing taste.
