Both fruity and pungent, this mustard has it all. It’s produced by Münchner Kindl, one of the oldest artisanal mustard producers in Munich that have been working closely with regional bavarian mustard seed farmers since the start. The recipe from this special edition was developed together with Berlin-based chef and cookbook author Sophia Hoffmann- so you can guess that it’s completely vegan. The flavours take us to Austria and make the perfect bread topping, as an ingredient for cooking or just by the spoon, if you dare.
