Have you ever seen Walnut trees standing around unused when on a trip to the countryside? The small oil Mill Katerbow in the north of Brandenburg do something incredible: They collect the walnuts from private gardens and make it into this flavourful oil. It’s pressed cold to preserve all of the flavours and unsaturated fatty acids. Use it everywhere where walnuts can go, on lentil salads, roasted vegetables, to pear and gorgonzola, on your ice cream... Enjoy!
