Made with a "Methode Ancestrale" (a very old way to make sparkling wine), it is a great light skin contact sparkling white wine.
Its refreshing bubbles, light apple acidity and soft tannin make this wine one of our long time favourites.
If you're not yet familiar with "Pet Nat" and natural wines, this bottle is a perfect introduction.
