Urstrom | Frischkäse
Urstrom Frischkäse is a cream cheese with approx. 56% fat in dry matter. With a water content of about 50%, this cream cheese is a bit firmer than what you might be used to. It is spreadable, but also ideal for crumbling or slicing. It has a clean, gentle acidity. The process from milk to cheese takes about 36 hours.
Urstrom Frischkäse should be kept below 8°C in the refrigerator and has a best before date of 25 days from the production date.
