Ingredients: Apulian type 1 soft WHEAT flour(36%), Senatore Cappelli durum wheat semolina (27.7%), Apulian white wine (16%) ( SULPHITES ) , olive oil (9.5%) , extra virgin olive oil (6.4%), water (3.2%), salt (1.3%), fresh yeast (0.06%).
Storage : They last six months, closed in the bag in a cool and dry place, thanks to the use of two natural preservatives such as extra virgin olive oil and white wine.
Additional details : May contain traces of nuts, sesame, cereals containing gluten. Without preservatives and dyes.
