Zio Pasquale's wild fennel taralli, delicious and light, are a classic of the Apulian baked goods tradition.
One leads to another!
This is more than a job for us. We want to put our heart and a piece of our land inside. Our mission is to bring the excellence of artisan tarallo to the large national and international market, preserving traditional flavors, all this in full respect of the territory and its sustainable development: a path that our company has been following for some time.
We strongly believe in communication and in the importance of the interaction between the various steps: from suppliers to the end customer, trying to be ready to respond to any need and prepared for any market.
