ARTISANAL DRINKS FROM THE PAYS-BASQUE. INSPIRED BY THE OCEAN, PRODUCED BY THE LAND.

We had no idea that a trip to the other side of the world would have inspired this project. But that's exactly what happened when we were sipping delicious fresh juice on the beaches of Sri Lanka, where the waves crash to the rhythm of the exotic fruit harvest.

Back in the Basque Country, the project took shape. Over the course of our meetings, we produced our first apple juice from ungraded apples from the Elhorria orchard in Mouguerre. Little by little, we developed new recipes to meet the demands of our first retailers and establish a complete and varied range, while maintaining our high standards in the choice of raw materials. 

The team grew and ideas flowed, and Olatu Lab, our ideas laboratory, was born with the aim of bringing our inspirations and discoveries to life through new ingredients, processes and collaborations. With ADIO, Olatu's little brother, the use of surplus raw materials from our juices inspires us to develop condiment sauces in our own image, offbeat, gourmet and local. We're proud to offer you our original creations and recipes developed here in the Netherlands. Welcome to our world!
