We have been brewing historic beers in Münsterland since 2017.
What Jan started as an experiment back then became a reincarnation of local brewing history. Original ingredients, wild yeasts and long maturation in wooden barrels make our beers unique.
"Our brewery is located on the countryside in Alverskirchen – a small village near Münster, Germany. We brew beers that are inspired by our local history and agriculture. We ferment our beers and ciders with our houseculture or spontaneous by our local microflora. When the weather allows we will use a coolship. The ingredients for our concoctions are sourced sustainable and local whenever possible. We plant trees and grow grains with local farmers - and encourage others to do the same. Operating since February 2017."
