 Albatross's take on Stollen:

Handmade mazipan is folded inside the sourdough stollen, full of rum soaked dried fruits. And Vegan.

Classic, but different.

Made from the best quality ingredients and only with sourdough starter, this Stollen is a multiday slow process to develop optimum flavour and improve digestibility.  Like all good stollen, it is aged for a minimum of 2 weeks to properly set the texture and flavours.

A wonderful gift and perfect shared after a walk in the forest, with a hot cup of coffee or tea. 

Note: Some eat stollen smeared with butter. We dont judge.
