Rocket Wine

Origin : Germany - Rheinhessen

Grapes : Weissburgunder (Pinot Blanc)

Process : The Weissburgunder grapes undergo a process of direct pressing, followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks. The wine is then matured in old barrels for about 10 months, with the lees being stirred regularly. The wine is bottled unfiltered and without any added sulphites.

Flavor profile : The Weissburgunder, PurPur is a natural white wine that presents a clear, bright yellow color. It offers a nose of ripe yellow fruits, accompanied by a hint of nutty aromas. On the palate, it is characterized by its freshness and mineral-driven nature, with a balanced acidity and a long, clean finish.
