It is that simple, you now have 2 x 2-3 serves of a high quality pasta dish: the best dried pasta with a restaurant homemade sauce.
Count 1 jar of sauce for 250g of pasta.
1. Cook the pasta in boing salted water for 9min.
2. Reserve some of the cooking water.
3. In a pan, gently cook your pasta in the sauce for 1min, adding 2 tbsp of the water.
4. Top with grated Pecorino Romano or Parmigiano Reggiano, and some crushed black peper corn.

Made from organic Senatore Cappelli durum wheat, an heirloom Italian variety known for its rich, nutty flavor and superior nutritional profile, these Pennoni stand out for both their size and character.
Larger and wider than classic penne, Pennoni are shaped to capture sauces generously, with their broad ridges and hollow center making them ideal for hearty ragù or baked dishes. The bronze-extruded surface enhances texture and sauce absorption, while slow drying preserves the wheat’s natural aroma.
The use of Senatore Cappelli wheat, often called the “father of Italian durum wheat,” adds depth—its slightly sweet, toasted grain notes are distinctive, offering a fuller taste and firmer bite compared to modern varieties.
