Ebe is one of the newest additions to OurCoffees, producers of sweet and complex coffees from the heart of Brazil. 

Fazenda Ebe is a small farm and one of the latest additions to the farm network of José Maria and Our Coffees.  The land is nearby neighbouring Fazenda Mirante (of which we have a Red Bourbon lot), and contains a beautiful spring blue lake on the farm.

This is our 6th year buying from the Oliveira family, and the first year we have received coffees from the Fazenda Ebe farm. 

RUBI VARIETAL 

This espresso roast is made up entirely of the Rubi varietal, a hybrid of Mundo Novo and Catuaí, most commonly grown in Brazil as it is very suited to the climate. It has a high yield, is resistant to disease and characterised by a sweet, thick mouth-feel and low acidity.
