Albatross Bakery's signature laminated croissant dough surrounding thin slices of juicy yet crunchy Brandenburg apples all finished with a light cinnamon syrup. 

The Origins of these delights of pastry is a bit of a mystery today, with most of the world referring to them as a Danish, to the Danes  its "Wienerbrød" (Vienna bread) and to the Viennese its a "Kopenhagener" it can all get a little bit confusing.

All we know is that they're delicious.
