The olive groves of Cellina punctuate the entire landscape of Salento with their majesty. The tasty small fruits are a delicacy, which is not only used for the prized Apulian oil. We pit them and enrich our tomato puree, made with tomatoes grown in the open field by us. The selection of the olives takes place manually thanks to the wisdom of our peasant women who carry out the entire process following the ancient recipes.
Ingredients: Tomato puree (85%), pitted "Celline" olives (8%), extra virgin olive oil (5%), dry onion, whole salt.
