Albatross | White Loaf

The white loaves are made from a white wheat dough, leavened with sourdough, fermented slowly overnight, before being rolled in either semolina, sesame seeds or poppy seeds

Good to eat for between 2-3 days, and makes good toast!

96% Wheat, 4% Rye, Salt, (Sesame)/(Poppy Seed)/(Semolina)

Twisted Nut | Dark Roast Peanut Butter 300g

We slow roast our raw peanuts to a dark complexion gifting us with a bold crunch of rich and earthy peanut flavours. We then mill until silky smooth before adding our dark roasted peanut crunch and a lick of rock salt.

Twisted Nut was the first to introduce the Dark Roast peanut butter into the world market back in 2015, New Zealand, where it all began. This rich and earthy peanut butter soon became the signature peanut butter. 

Gartenhaus Testorf | Raspberry Jam 240g

Raspberries are rose plants that are actually at home in the forest. They thrive best in clearings or on forest edges with plenty of sun, so that they can flower intensively, the berries ripen well and develop their typical aroma. Their particularly delicate texture and sweet-sour taste make them a delicacy.

Small batches, made with carefully selected fresh fruit in copper pots, with a very high percentage of fruit and many handed down secret techniques.
