Albatross | Banana Bread

If you're ever in doubt, its got to be Banana Bread

Whether you like it plain and simple, toasted with butter or topped with something even more delicious, nothing says cosy-comfort quite like a thick slice of fluffy, banana-y goodness, topped with crunchy toasted walnuts and enjoyed with a warming brew on the side.

I like mine toasted, with a little smear of frischkäse and drizzled with honey ;)
