The House Loaf from Albatross
1kg of hearty, thick-crusted, sourdough goodness.
Naturally leavened wheat bread, with a slow overnight fermentation. There’s a bit of rye in the mix for more tasty drama. Dusted with polenta to give it a great crunchy crust.
Good to eat for between 2-3 days, and toasts like you wouldn't believe
