Albatross' 3-day-in-the-making croissants are elevated by almond goodness. Brushed with almond syrup, filled with a creamy almond paste, and covered with slithered almonds for extra crunch and flavour.

The dough is a blend of local and Italian wheat and spelt, leavened with yeast and sourdough. To make them extra special flaky and melt in the mouth, they use the highest quality local butter from Gläserne Mölkerei.

Please note, sometimes these croissants are filled with chocolate as well!
