How do you improve upon the perfect croissant? Stuff it with the best Almond Frangipane of course!
Albatross Bakery's beloved croissants, brushed with a light sugar-syrup, filled with a creamy almond frangipane made from the highest quality almonds from Sicily, and covered with fine slivers of these toasted almonds for extra crunch and flavour.
The dough is a blend of local and Italian wheat and spelt, leavened with yeast and sourdough. To make them extra flakey and melt in the mouth, they use the highest quality local butter from Gläserne Mölkerei.
