Albatross | Danish Rye

Our version of Danish Rugbrød. Full of whole rye berries, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds and flax seeds. Leavened with sourdough, this Nordic staple was (and is) the base of the Danish diet for over 1000 years.

Rugbrød is a versatile bread with a comforting, wholesome flavour thats all about a deep, rich taste. Traditionally paired with pickled herring, smoked salmon and cheeses.
