Jonas’ journey as a beekeeper began long ago, when his father would take him along on his bee rounds in France. There, between buzzing hives and six-legged companions, Jonas discovered both the craft and the joy of biting into fresh honeycombs.
Ten years ago, Jonas started working with German bees right here in the heart of Berlin. Of course, honey can sweeten almost anything, but when it comes to recipes, we believe there’s no better guide than the beekeeper himself..
